Aspirator machine is used to remove husks and straw pieces from threshed paddy or any other food grains. threshed paddy or any other food grains, chaff and straw pieces fall through the air chamber, where to remove straw and other dust, a suction blower is provided at the rear of the air chamber which rolls off the chaff and other impurities.
Bucket elevators are commonly used in grain processing plants and grain mills for the vertical conveying of various food grains, such as grains, cereals, nuts, seeds, paddy etc.. An elevator operates on the principle of counterbalance. In a basic vertical bucket elevator system, bulk materials are lifted to the top, discharged, and the empty buckets are returned to the bottom to collect another load. The discharged materials are then directed through a chute to storage bins, packaging, or other systems.
Our Destoner Machine has been designed to remove stones and heavy materials like metal pieces, glass pieces etc., from all kinds of grains and seeds like rice, pulses , pepper, paddy, sorghum , soybean, sesame, mustard, millet etc., in the same machine.
All kinds of grains and seeds can be cleaned in this same machine by regulating air inflow adjustment in the destoner according to the grain weight. The grain flow inclined deck also can be adjusted for better results. However based on the grain weight and its contamination the capacity of the machine will vary.
- Enclosed seeds spiral separator uses the gravitational force and centrifugal force in the separation process.
- The machine works with the help of gravity and no electrical power is required to operate the machine.
- The seeds are fed on the top of the machine into the hopper. As the seeds start rolling down on the inner spirals, the round seeds will eject themselves from the inner spiral and are collected in the enclosed chamber and discharged through the outlet from the bottom of the chamber.
- The nonround, less-weight seeds, split seeds, irregularly shaped seeds, and stems, will continue down on the inner spiral and are collected through the other outlet at the bottom of the spiral.
- We have three varieties of spiral based on the number of spirals present in the enclosed chamber like 1 spiral, 2 spiral, and 4 spiral.
- This machine can clean Soya beans, Peas, Radish seeds, Pepper Etc.
